TRAINING SESSIONS
Most Sunday mornings, a crew usually meet & depart at 8am SHARP from outside the Depot Gates for a few miles. All are welcome.
Monday to Friday at 12:40pm, also outside the Depot gates, a regular group also run a few miles. If you're able to make any of these sessions, you are very welcome.
